Can your belts be worn for long periods of time?
Yes they are designed to be worn 24-7 for weeks at a time. The rear shield of the belt is intended for short term play, as it is not possible to use the restroom with the rear shield in place. The stainless steel chain will hold the rest of the belt secure while the rear shield is removed.
How do I do number one while wearing the male chastity belt?
This can be done in the seated position while the rear shield is removed.
What is the difference between the keeper belt, and the SS Deluxe?
The SS Deluxe is completely encased in vinyl. It has black vinyl backing, and clear vinyl in the front. The Keeper belt on the other hand is not encased in vinyl. Instead the edges of the steel is lined with a neoprene rubber. This makes the keeper belt a little more stylish, and easy to clean.
Do you ship outside the United State?
Yes, in fact we are currently running a shipping promotion outside the United States. We will ship to any country for the same price that we charge our United States customers.
What is your return policy?
Your satisfaction if guaranteed. If you are not happy with our products for any reason at all, simply return it for a full refund.
What if my belt doesn't fit?
Although we do a pretty good job at getting a good fit the first time, we realize this is not an exact science. For this reason, we will alter any part of your belt, (with the exception of the waist band)for free. Since the waist band is adjustable, and that measurement is not a very difficult one, we will charge $50.00 for alterations to the waist band, unless the fit problem is a result of an error on our part. All other alterations are free.
Q....What if I buy a spanking machine, but when I get it, I don't think it hits hard enough.
Can I get my money back?
A...This has never happened before, but yes if you should feel that the
machine do not hit hard enough we would return your money in full. We
guarantee that you will be satisfied with this machine in every way.
Q....Do you ship outside of the United States?
A....Yes, however free shipping offers do not include international orders
Q...How much does it cost to ship the spanking machine to the UK?
A...It cost approximately $200.00 to ship the spanking machine alone to
the UK. To ship the spanking machine and bench to the UK it would cost
approximately $400.00. We would need your zip code for an exact quote.
Q...I'm interested in the Robosex machine, but I don't have orgasms very
easily, so if I were to buy it, and find that it want bring me to an orgasm,
can I get my money back?

Q....How long will it take before I receive my machine?
A....Most orders are delivered in 2 to 3 weeks. However when we are
having sales, it could take as long as 4 weeks.
Q....What if I need parts?
A....Robospanker has a heavy duty industrial type design. All bearings and
drive mechanisms meets industrial standards. It is very unlikely that any
parts will ever need replaced. However we at DD Machinery have a complete
stock of all parts
and will guarantee all parts for five years.
Q....Is there an adaptor available for Europe?
A....Yes, adaptors are available for most countries.
Q....Is it available in any other colors?
A....Yes, it is available in just about any color you can imagine. Just
send us an email, and let us know what color you would like.
Q....How hard does it hit?
A....We took a survey at a fetish club of about 100 people and asked
that question. The machine has a "light", "medium", and "hard"
setting. 38 of the people surveyed said that the lightest setting was
hard enough for them. The majority of those surveyed said the
medium setting was as hard as they wanted to experience. Only
2 of the 100 people surveyed were willing to try the machine on
the hard setting.

will the paddle come off, and can I get the machine
without the title written on the side.

A....The unit comes almost fully assembled. You will only need to install the
